We are expecting guests from across the DMV and beyond, and it takes a committed and energized team to bring this experience to life.

We are seeking energetic, reliable volunteers to support one of the most anticipated cultural events of the summer. This is an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful community experience while connecting with artists, equestrians, creatives, and wellness leaders.

Date: Sunday, August 30, 2026
Location: The City Ranch, 7613 Dogwood Rd, Windsor Mill, MD 21244
 

Volunteer Roles Include:
Set Up Crew (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Event Support (1:00 PM – 7:00 PM)

Volunteer Expectations:
Must be 16 years or older for day shifts
Must be 21 years or older for after party support (if applicable)
Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet
Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and reliability
