Thank you for your interest in supporting the Black Equestrian Summer Bash. This event brings together community, culture, wellness, and equestrian experiences for a powerful day of connection and joy.
 

We are expecting guests from across the DMV and beyond, and it takes a committed and energized team to bring this experience to life.

We are seeking energetic, reliable volunteers to support one of the most anticipated cultural events of the summer. This is an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful community experience while connecting with artists, equestrians, creatives, and wellness leaders.
 

Event Details

  • Date: Sunday, August 30, 2026

  • Location: The City Ranch, 7613 Dogwood Rd, Windsor Mill, MD 21244
     

Volunteer shift updates:

  • Set Up: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • During Event: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Break Down: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Volunteer Roles Include:

  • Set Up Crew (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

  • Event Support (1:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
     

Volunteer Benefits:

  • Meals, snacks, and water during your shift

  • Behind the scenes access to a major community event

  • Opportunities to connect and build community

  • Personal Highlighting for your services on our social media platforms

Volunteer Expectations:

  • Must be 16 years or older for day shifts

  • Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet

  • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and reliability
